You must be at least 21 years old to use SiixLabs or place an order. By entering the site you confirm that you are 21 or older.

Research products are sold only for in vitro and laboratory research. They are not for human use. They are not for veterinary use. They are not food, drugs, or household chemicals. They are not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

Products are not evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice, dosing advice, or a claim that a product treats, cures, or prevents any condition.

You confirm that you are a qualified researcher buying for a lawful laboratory purpose, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of materials as the law requires. You can read the full Research Use Disclaimer.

The Meal Plan is a separate informational plan. It is not a research chemical. It is not medical or nutritional advice.

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse it. Payment is by Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. We confirm payment before an order is complete. Prices, shipping, and tax are shown at checkout and can change before you place the order.

Research products can be picked up in Delano, California, shipped in the United States, or shipped to the EU for the rate shown at checkout. The buyer pays EU duties and VAT. The Meal Plan is not a package and has no shipping charge when it is the only item.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, including for a change of mind. The only exception is a one-time replacement for verified transit damage, described in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

We can refuse, cancel, or limit any order, account, or shipment if we believe it breaks these terms, the law, or a research-use requirement, or if payment is not confirmed. If we cancel before we ship and payment was received, we will return that payment.

The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SiixLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid SiixLabs for that order.

You agree to defend and hold harmless SiixLabs and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that come from your use of a product, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that venue.
