SiixLabs is based in California, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use siixlabs.com, place an order, or contact us, and what we do with it.

We collect information you give us and information the site needs to run:

• Shipping and billing address
• Order details, including what you bought and the total
• Payment method (Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay). We do not store full card numbers on this website. Payment details are handled by the service you pay with.
• Account details, including a sign-in code sent to your email, and any notes you add (such as Meal Plan weight, height, and activity)
• Messages you send through the contact form or by email

We use this information to:

• Take, confirm, and ship orders, or send a Meal Plan
• Contact you about an order, a payment, or a support request
• Run accounts, points, referrals, and membership
• Prevent fraud and keep the site working
• Meet legal duties

We do not use your information to make medical claims or to sell you as a lead.

SiixLabs does not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will say so and give you a way to opt out.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose. That can include email delivery, shipping carriers, and the payment service you choose. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect SiixLabs, our customers, or the public from fraud or harm.

To make a request, email siixlabss@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and the email on your account or order. We will verify the request before we act on it. We aim to respond within 45 days.

Email siixlabss@gmail.com from the address on your account. Include your name and, if you have one, your order number. Write “Delete my data” in the subject line. We will delete or de-identify personal information we are not required to keep for orders, taxes, fraud prevention, or other legal reasons.

The site uses cookies and local storage so it can function. That includes your sign-in session, cart, age check, and saved checkout details on your device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser. Parts of the site, including checkout and sign-in, will not work if you block them.
