Use the tracker on this page — order number plus the email on the order, no account needed. Once it ships you’ll also get tracking by email. Or email us the SL- number.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Every order includes free shipment protection. Email us your order number and photos of the damage. Photo evidence is required. Once verified, we replace it.

Can you recommend products for my research?

How do I request a COA?

What if my referral forgot to enter my name?

Contact us within 48 hours of their order. Include both names and the order number if you have it. We’ll do our best to verify and post the $10 credit.
